In The Heights Garners 13 Tony Nominations!

In The Heights is one of the best new shows on Broadway. I first saw it last season off Broadway, and I was so thrilled when I heard that this great show would transfer to Broadway this season, and reach a much wider audience. Well, they were nominated for 13 Tony Awards, including best musical! Here are a few songs from the show. If you're coming to New York, be sure to get your tickets!

#41: Striking 12 for New Years with Groovelily

I chat with Valerie Vigoda and Brendan Milburn of the Rock trio Groovelily about their musical theatre piece Striking 12, the holiday musical for people who don't like holiday musicals!

We enjoy a bottle of Rioja and talk about their long road touring, working together and developing new music, with a few clips of their show worked in.
