Remarkably Mark #154: Kecak Dance in Bali

While in Bali, we attended a Kecak performance at Pura Uluwatu, a temple on a cliff guarded by monkeys everywhere (who will steal things from you if you don't watch out!). The Kecak (Ketch-ak) is a Balinese Hindu telling of the Ramayana, and all the music is created a capella by a chorus of men.

I continue my trip to Indonesia, visiting JogJakarta, where we see Prambanan Hindu temple and Borobudur Buddhist temple, both within sight of the magnificent Merapi volcano.
