Remarkably Mark #61

Remarkably Mark #61: Further Reflections

As a follow up to Remarkably Mark #59, My Ex-BF Michael and I reflect together on the phone after our dinner on Sunday, sharing our thoughts about friendship, healing, moving on, and new possibilities. A real unusual podcast.

Very interesting show once again and I was to hear Michael and you talk about the changes you have made since you are apart.

Either you can wallow in the past or learn a lesson and move on and I wish the best for you both

By the way, you could still do the Amazing Race as friends!

Thanks Tom. It's an interesting juxtaposition to hear the interview you did with me then these, huh?

I guess you're right, but we'd have to stop every hour for Michael to eat...that would be the hardest part of doing the Big Run together

I really appreciated this show. It was quite fascinating to be inside such a conversation. In a way, it reminds me of discussions that I've been to in group therapy, but perhaps not the same because I had never known anyone for that long. I think the astrology is also interesting. It's always surprising to me how many conflicting emotions and ideas we can have at the same time, and well, just how complex life can be. Thanks for sharing again!

You really hit it Kalvin, conflicting emotions and the complexity of life. I always use the expression "being of two minds about something", and this definitely qualifies, but when you are of two minds, you can move into new territory.

Haven't had a chance to comment for a while had a business trip to japan and caught up on all my podcasts (that means I haven't been to the gym). Thanks for sharing such a personal and emotional experience, it was really moving.

On the previous show...didn't know anyone ate lavender (sp) but it smells nice:)
