Remarkably Mark #116

Remarkably Mark #116: Soundseeing in Lower Manhattan

It's been so long since I've done a soundseeing tour! I catch you up on my life and being a workaholic, being a new MAC switcher, and we take a tour of the area around ground Zero, and head into J&R Music World

Mark-
I was both tickled and horrified to hear my voice at the beginning of the Remarkably Mark podcast today! I've enjoyed your last few episodes about The Amazing Race, as I can't watch it here in England... :(

I'm listening to the sound scene tour as I write....Great as always :D

Have a fantastic weekend!
Adam

Props for coming over the dark side btw...Mac is always the way to go ;)

Thanks, Adam. I'm just sorry it took me so long to post your audio comment.

Say, do you listen to Confessions of a Southernboy? Eric lives around the corner from me, and when I first got your phone message, I could have sworn it was Eric, because your voices are so similar. Check him out.

That guy in the store should know more about what he's selling.

Mr. Mark-
I'm listening to the confessions podcast right now...I never have before, but hey, if Chef Mark recommends it, it's gotta be good, right?

As far as our voices go...hey, Louisiana, Iowa...same sort of accent :P Okay, maybe not so much, but maybe the British influence has simply messed me up entirely ;)

It's incredible how many sales people period don't know the products they are selling.

For the supper geeky sound cast listeners, they can follow along using Google Maps Street View. Not that I would ever do that! ;)

Wow, Larken, that is so cool! In fact, I think that's the very bus that was making so much noise and nearly killed me at the end of the pocast!
