Hi Mark

Enjoyed the show, congratulations on your award!

You were talking about other NYC podcasters. I've often wondered why there aren't more queercasters in New York myself, considering that Chicago has so many.

There is one other podcast, besides the one you mentioned on the show, that comes out of the city.... It's called Blather and Bosh and is hosted by a guy named Mikey P. He hasn't actually produced a show in awhile but I know he hasn't quit, he's just been busy. www.blatherandbosh.com if you haven't heard of him. He's either in the village, the bronx or in queens... i can't remember.

Thanks, Mike. I'll go check it out! Glad to see you're back, I hope you were able to have a birthday celebration amid the other stuff that was going on.

Hey Mark! You had one of my favorite podcasters on your show and it was great. I've found the paucity of gay new york podcasters alarming as well and inexplicable. Joe, although not a podcaster, is one that you should definately check out and keep your eye out next year for GB:NYC, a meeting of gay and gay friendly bloggers in NYC, its actually organized by a blogger here in Dallas at http://www.zeitzeuge.org/.

Thanks for the link, Adam. I think we need to get more of our brethen to start doing NY based Podcasts. Hopefuly, people will like what they hear here and be inspired to make their own.

Write me an email. I have some questions for you. Thanks.

There is a void of gay nyc podcasters, which is why some friends and I started our own podcast. www.TheOccasionalFag.com, and I also live in Inwood! And then there is the public access news program “Gay USA” which is now podcasting http://web.mac.com/depeche7/iWeb/Site/Podcast/Podcast.html and Johnny McGovern is podcasting for those of you into the club scene, http://gaypimp.com/.

Well David, you seem to be plugged into this unknown NYC podcasting scene! Why have all these shows gone under the radar for so long? I have never seen any of these on qpodder or mentioned by any other podcasters. I'll be sure to check them out.
