Hey Mark Stiva is cute, I love dogs, I have a 1.5 yr old blk and tan coonhound - he is great, I got him from a rescue in TN (just happened to be where he was). He is my second coon hound the last one was a gift as a puppy when I was in college and lived 15 years.Turned out to be a pretty good city dog after he got use to all the fat, lazy squirrels. Hey where are the podcoasts! "co-hosing" on Archer does not count!
Yes John, I think everyone knows about Stiva and his fabulosity now.
Dave, he sounds so cute. You would never think to see a coonhound in the city!
It has been a BUSY week, and I had a HUGE event to cook for tonight. Just got home, and I will have house guests for the next week, but I will try to get a show out tomorrow morning (Friday). Glad to know that people can't get enough of me! (Actually you can listen to Ramble Redhead's two part series with me and you will be sick of me!)
Mark C. Tafoya is a personal chef in New York City, and the Executive Chef and Executive Producer of the Culinary Media Network. He is also the host of the ReMARKable Palate Podcast, but THIS podcast is all about his life outside of the kitchen! Mark is a graduate of Yale University, and worked as an actor for 10 years. He lives with a fiesty Miniature Pinscher named Stiva, and loves to explore New York City and all it has to offer.

Stiva is sooooooooo cute!
and the problem, as with other cute boys, is that he KNOWS it!
Dear Mark and Stiva,
Happy 4th to you both. I hope you had a great day.
Now that I put Stiva into the song, you have no choice but featuring more of Stiva.
I'm sure there are people out there not know what that line means, "min-pin named Stiva". Now they do. I hope.
