FDNY, NYPD & DEP show their smarts

This is what I woke up to this morning. Every time it rains heavily, this scene ensues...

How many city agencies does it take to screw in a manhole?

You had me in tears with that. I don't know why. Just the right thing to lift my spirits today.

Holy crap that was funny.

I found it funny how the NYPD pulled up as FDNY was just leaving! And one cone? What is that going to do?

Driver: Oh look, there's a bright yellow box in the middle of the road.
Passenger: No no! Look, there's a bright orange cone! Go around it, but very slowly, and make sure you look at it curiously..

Life in the city... never gets boring

Hahaha! Wow... This is hilarious. You'd think someone fell in the manhole with so many people taking care of it!

Wow this video was so funny!! and yet sad.. New York really needs to do something about this dilemma, especially since this has been going on for the 10 years you've been living there. Maybe the Mayor will see this or Governor. I hope change happens in New York because it seems like 'small' things aren't getting done, I can only imagine what larger scale problems aren't getting done as well...
